Salary range

2500 - 3000 base starting salary

The Business Developer is a crucial contributor in our overall business growth and even more importantly, is responsible for ensuring a great experience for all our new customers.

Through market research, you will identify relevant sales prospects and, using the phone, will make contact with decision makers.
By understanding their needs and presenting appropriate solutions, you will help grow our customers’ businesses whilst also achieving personal and monetary goals for yourself.
With the understanding of the market you acquire, you will become an expert within the FX world and will be set up for a successful sales career in a global Fintech.

An example of your daily tasks and activities.

You search for potential customers via LinkedIn, for example, your own network of lists of relevant trade fairs. You approach them and make a (telephone) appointment.
During the conversation with a potential customer, make sure that you listen carefully to the customer's challenges. This is the best possible advice to give with the aim of making the company an Ebury customer.
In addition, you focus on the relevance of leads generated by marketing and develop all kinds of solutions for finding new customers.
You will work very independently, but of course you will maintain constant contact with your colleagues in the office.
Together you ensure that both personal and departmental goals are achieved or even exceeded.
